By using Marathi Typing (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.
Description of Service
Marathi Typing provides a free, browser-based phonetic transliteration tool for converting Roman-letter input into Marathi (Devanagari) script, and a separate practice test that simulates fixed-layout Remington and Mangal Inscript typing exams. Both run client-side, and no account is required.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute the Site's code or content for commercial purposes without permission.
- Misrepresent typing test results obtained here as an official or certified exam outcome.
No Warranty
The Site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. While we aim for accurate transliteration and exam-pattern practice, we don't guarantee that the tool is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any specific purpose — including as a substitute for official exam preparation material.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including exam outcomes, lost text, or reliance on typing-test scores.
Intellectual Property
The Site's design, code, and content are owned by us unless otherwise noted, and are not licensed for reuse without permission. Text you type into the tool remains yours — we never see it, store it, or claim any rights to it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
